The delay between my microphone and my camera is HUGE and that's due to Lighthost.
Is this normal or can you do something about it?
I use the plugins:
reafir_standalone

thats a reafir issue, im assuming you're using it for noise removal, you can lower the fft setting in it for better latency but you're better off either using a different noise removal plugin, like RX Pro Voice Denoise, Waves Clarity Vx, etc. or adding a negative latency for your microphone in obs or your video editor to sync it to your webcam
